Did you receive a product with a manufacturing defect?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

📦 HOW TO START A RETURN?

1. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the product

2. Our team will reply within 48 business hours with return instructions

3. Once we receive the product, we'll process the exchange or refund

✅ WE ACCEPT RETURNS IN THESE CASES:

- Product with a manufacturing defect

- Wrong product received

- Product damaged during shipping

❌ WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN THESE CASES:

- Used products

- Change of mind (unless the product differs from what was ordered)

- Damage caused by misuse

🔄 EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange your product for another, contact us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

💳 REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 15 business days of the approved return, via the same original payment method.
